Jessie Gardner of Paul Smith's College has been named the Sunrise Conference Female Runner of the Week.
Jessie wins the award for the second time this year after making history for Paul Smith's College this past week.
Jessie won the Southern Vermont Invitational marking the first time a Paul Smith's runner has won a race since the program was re-started in 2003.
The senior from Hudson, N.Y. finished the 5K race in a time of 22:40.
