Justin Richardson of SUNY Canton has been named the Sunrise Conference Male Runner of the Week.

Justin wins the award for the second time this season after a solid run at the Geneseo Invitational. 

The freshman from Pavilion, N.Y. finished in 144th place out 283 runners finishing the 8K race in a time of 29:30.
