Spencer Jacoby of the University of Maine at Fort Kent has been honored as the Sunrise Conference Defensive Player of the Week.

Jacoby garners recognition this week after helping Fort Kent notch three straight shutouts. 

The sophomore back from Johannesburg, South Africa helped guide a defense that allowed no goals and just 10 total shots in those three games.
