Ashley Rokjer of Paul Smith's College has been named the Sunrise Conference Female Runner of the Week.

Ashley wins the award for the first time this season after finishing in 17th place at the Cross Country Only Conference at Hobart William Smith. 

The freshman recorded a personal best time of 21:05 in the 5K race.
