Elizabeth Keagan of  the University of Maine at Presque Isle has been recognized as the Sunrise Conference Defensive Player of the Week in women's soccer.

Keagan is honored after helping the Owls claim a key conference win. 

The freshman defender from Nova Scotia helped lead the Owls past the University of Maine at Machias 1-0 and was part of a defense that limited the Clippers to just two shots on goal.
