Jeremy Tolbert of the University of Maine at Machias has been named the Sunrise Conference Player of the Week in men's basketball.

Jeremy is honored for the first time this year after guiding the Clippers to two conference wins this week. 

The junior guard from Milton, Fla. averaged 24.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.5 steals.  Jeremy dropped in 19 points and grabbed six rebounds in an 85-72 win over the University of Maine at Fort Kent and had 19 points and two steals in an 80-62 win over Vermont Technical College. 

Jeremy fired in eight 3-pointers and shot a tremendous 59 percent from the floor and 80 percent from the line in both games.
