Ryan Hingston of Paul Smith's College has been the Sunrise Conference co-Rookie of the Week in men's basketball.

Ryan receives the award for the second time this year after leading the Bobcats to a 1-1 week. 

The freshman forward from Barnstead, N.Y. averaged 18.0 points and 5.0 rebounds shooting 42 percent from the floor. 

Ryan had 16 points, five rebounds and a block in a win over SUNY Canton and then had 20 points and five boards in a loss to Vermont Technical College.
