Clifford McDonald of the University of Maine at Machias has been named the Sunrise Conference co-Player of the Week in men's basketball.

Clifford is honored for the second time this year after averaging a double-double with 24.0 points and 10.7 rebounds in a 2-1 week for the Clippers. 

The junior forward from Sarasota, Fla. scored 25 points and hauled in 10 rebounds in a win over the University of Maine at Presque Isle. 

He also had 20 points and 14 boards in a win over the College of St. Joseph and added 27 points, eight rebounds, and four assists in a loss to the University of Maine at Augusta. 

Clifford shot an impressive 63 percent from the floor in all three games.
