(Maine)-The Sunrise Conference will hold their golf championship on Sunday, October 19 at Natanis Golf Course in Vasselboro, Maine.
The tournament kicks off at 10:30 a.m. with golfers from the University of Maine at Presque Isle, the University of Maine at Fort Kent and Vermont Technical College.These three teams will also compete against teams from the Trans South Conference in the spring at a time and place to be announced to determine qualifiers to the NAIA national championships. The national championships will be held at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Ill. May 19-22.
Natanis, a par-72 course, is located just outside of Augusta, Maine, one hour north of Portland and one hour south of Bangor. Natanis has two 18-hole course and the Sunrise championships will be held on the Tomahawk Course which measures 6,647 yards.
